He gets them organised. Bearing in mind they effectively have a championship squad. They were fortunate with the refereeing decisions but their approach was the right one and got them a draw.
Has made some very big (and unpopular) calls so far. He's obviously here to make the club as much money as possible though rather than keep everyone happy.
The one concern I do have is whether his experience in branding/marketing in basketball in America will translate over here to football. Time will tell I suppose.
Yeah the Coates family is loaded. Although they haven't seemed to spend that much on the club in recent years (could be because of FFP tbf)
Alex Neil leaving Sunderland for them backfired. Will be interesting to see if Schumacher has made the same mistake.
