I think it's poor from club secretary, manager and player.

The delay makes me think something is definitely going on. Whether that is making tweaks to the badge or the situation with the complaint to the FA.

If we don't sign another midfielder it's a big show of faith in Iroegbunam. We effectively only have Kamara, Luiz, Tielemans and McGinn as other midfielders and the latter 2 are needed elsewhere. If Chambers doesn't leave I suppose he could be used at DM at a push as he was occasionally last season.

I reckon we'll get him. I don't see why we'd be waiting until after the Chelsea match to bid again though, it's not like Emery is personally putting the offers in.

Which game was that? I was thinking of a match v Hull where he played well. Ironically he scored an own goal in that one

I'm sure that we will be doing all we can in this window. Emery is someone who's always looking to improve and never content. How much we can do in terms of FFP is probably the question but we are clearly trying.
