No they do, we still registered Ramsey for example.
If I'm not mistaken there is a rule though about only being able to add 3 'new' players to your squad for the knockouts though and we went with Gauci, Iroegbunam and Rogers.
I won't pretend I've watched Leverkusen loads but they're both putting up ridiculous numbers from wingback. 18 goal contributions from Grimaldo and 13 from Frimpong in the league!
Was looking at the squad we've registered for the conference league knockouts and noticed he's not in it. Seems a bit odd when he would be trained in nation and trained at club yet we left spaces in the squad?
Edit - Ah think it might be because we can only register 3 new players?
To be fair us and Tottenham have swapped positions a couple of times. They started really strong then had a blip just as we had a really good spell. I think both teams will be disappointed if they don't get 4th but it will come down to who is more consistent and has the least dips in form. Hopefully 5th becomes a CL place so it becomes irrelevant. Important that we keep a nice buffer to Utd and Newcastle now.
We'll finish where we deserve to at the end of the season. It would be nice if other teams helped us out but we can't be relying on favours. Up to us to get to 75 PTS or so.
Interesting. I think he's tried to bring the ball out of defence like Pau as the stats show but the difference has been the passing. There was one particular moment the other night where he should have released Moreno (and I'm convinced Torres would have) but he opted to play it safer.
We are 4th in the league, averaging 2 points a game and recently won our last league match 5-0.. Reading some of the threads lately you'd think we were in the relegation zone and not won for months
This is one of the things I can't stand, every team is either brilliant or in crisis and very little in between.
Like Chelsea and Man Utd could just be 'above average' teams at the moment but that isn't sensationalist enough.
