I like what we've done in terms of moving players on this season, more sales rather than loans. Also we've kept players involved like Coutinho and Archer coming on v Everton, showed other clubs we weren't desperate to get rid. Works way better than a bomb squad.

I wonder if we need him to leave to bring somebody in. Then again we might not even get confirmation he's left until after our window closes

Fair play to him, looked like the club wanted to replace him but he's worked hard and took his opportunity. It's not a given that Moreno gets straight back in if Digne keeps up his current form. They're both good at different things though so gives us good options

Really good move for him. Pretty sure Serie A teams can only sign 1 or 2 non EU players pers season too so it's a show of faith somewhat using that spot for Davis.

Never realised he had such a good season in the PL! Always seemed like a decent championship striker to me. Also I've just seen Adam is actually his middle name. His first name? Glenville!

Already said it in the Southgate thread but calling up 2 players who effectively don't play football and haven't for over a year is just mad. Henderson should have been considered retired as soon as he moved to SA. Nketiah and Wilson over Watkins is ridiculous, they are both substitutes for their clubs while Ollie plays every week. I do think it's possibly a valid point that there aren't that many options at holding midfield but it's frustrating that he is too stubborn to even contemplate changing how he sets up to negate this.

Maguire and Phillips don't play any club football. Henderson well past his best and has moved to a 3rd rate league. Wilson and Nketiah are substitutes for their clubs and rarely start. This is the worst squad he's ever picked and that's saying something. It's an insult to every other English player playing at a good level.
