@useless do you know why he's ended up becoming a left back as a right footer? Edit - never mind, just seen he's left footed but noticed he cuts inside a lot.

I can see us playing a fair bit deeper and dropping into that back 6 style with McGinn and Cash out wide to try and nullify Arnold and Robertson. Then we'll try and hurt them on the counter with Watkins and Diaby.

Yeah I've actually got no problem with Pickford being no.1 because he generally does well for England and is probably the best English GK with his feet too. But I don't think Johnstone is particularly good with his feet. I also think Ramsdale is a bit overrated too. Overall I would say Pope easily deserves to be 1 of the 3.
