I would too but we don't know if Emery is happy. He's said he wanted to add players, it has proven difficult.

The main issue if there are no last minute loans is obviously, what if Watkins gets injured. I know he's a healthy lad but still there should be some sort of planning. Do we really start Duran every game and let him play 90 minutes -- I would think not. Maybe Bailey and Buendia as forwards?

I hope it’s just him being picky, but there could also be an element of Emery finding it difficult to sign players so far. There were reports of him trying to recruit a new sporting director.

Not a bad signing tho. Vitinha is 22, scores every other game and plays for the current runners-up in the league.

I was just guessing and we could be paying less. But if Coutinho does go on loan to Turkey, Villa will definitely be paying some part of his wages.

If Coutinho goes to Fenerbahce he’ll be team mates with Batshuayi and Josh King. Wish he’d joined Trezeguet at Trabzonspor, they play in claret and blue after all.

But Duran and K Young are teenagers who haven’t even played 1 minute with the first team? In reality we have 2 available forwards. Most PL clubs have between 5 and 7 I think.

Any such tendency would of course be very destructive and hopefully there’s nothing like that going on. What worried me a bit was the reports about Emery asking Real Sociedad’s sporting director to take the same position at Villa, which would be Lange’s current job. If that actually happened, I’d expect Lange to be in a bad mood.
