That was my original point. It says not more loan players leaving the club and I said there must be no interest in Trez. I doubt Guilbert would be covered by the tweet as he has already left

No money in Turkey for a permanent signing. How could no more players leaving the club on loan be just referring to the youth?

Last week Baggies spend 6m on a striker and he is the new hope for promotion and he does his hammy and is apparently out for 11 games and they are looking for a replacement

He hasn't played for a very long time other than the cameo as a sub where he made a fool of himself. It will be very difficult for him to get game time with us. His contract is not up until June '23, a loan for him to prove his fitness and worth could help facilitate a sale in the summer. I really can't see anyone buying him this window.

I wanted us to sign Webster when he signed for Brighton and we wouldn't/couldn't pay the extra. I think he would be ideal for Villa

If your player valuations has Trez, Targett and Luiz at 70m I think the 100m for Bentancur, Bissouma, Gomez should be closer to 200m

What stats do u have that Mings is statistically better than Webster. I am not saying u don't have any but any I have seen has Webster as better

I think he is a good CB in their system. He is not as mobile as others but if Mings or Konsa were injured / suspended I would be reasonably happy to see him play. But agre and cost would put be off him too

He would improve our squad and would definitely put pressure on both Mings and Konsa for a start. Edit: but he is not a player I would like to sign. I would prefer younger and better

The issue is that in June he is a free agent and 100k a week for 3 years is 'only' about 15m. For a very good and experienced PL CB, about 15m total cost over 3 years is bargain territory. Okay, there is no sell on potential but a lot of clubs would be willing to pay that amount imo
