I agree they are looking much better than I expected.
I don't really care if we improve their first team. If we trade players the purpose will be to improve our team so I am happy with that
Hopefully a straightforward win to nil today with Ollie and Bailey on the scoresheet. I will be very happy with that. No doubt post match narrative will it was only Bournemouth, we should have scored more, it was a poor performance etc but I will be happy for us to be coming back to Brum with 3 points

I would completely understand it from a financial perspective, we will get more money in this window than we would ever get for Mings so if we are going to sell, now is the time. If there are no opportunities to sell him on the cards I expect he will start tomorrow
I know, it is still a bit part role, the difference between them is that Konsa is just returning from injury and Mings isn't. Its a long time since Konsa played a competitive game of football
I agree with most of that but I think he will start tomorrow (unless we are in the middle of agreeing a transfer that hasn't hit social media). Bournemouth's attack is weak and they are not going to be playing through us. We need height in the box for the long balls in (which there will be many) and this is what Mings is good at. He will be a positive addition to our team tomorrow. I would also like to see him and Carlos together. They me be the CB dream team.
I agree, particularly in the second half. Vieira is doing a good job there, they will not be a relegation candidate this season, more likely a candidate for top half
@Tomaszk
I love the 'like' for messi11 for Palace rubbish and Arsenal average

Arsenal been good.
Impressed with Palace staying in it though. A point is there for them here.
You should have watched the game, it was great to have PL back and Palace were very good in the 2nd half. Maybe u can get some highlights on youtube or sky
Konsa's performances were not great last year and he got a serious injury and hasn't played a competitive game since injury, all he has had is a bit part role in preseason. I can't see him starting. I think it would be poor management not to start Mings. Losing captaincy and against his former team and the first game of the season would be a bit of a kick in the teeth and I don't think SG will do this nor does Mings deserve it. As well as Chambers is playing, I think he should start on the bench
Yeah, I would love to see Deano get them promoted. I could follow 2 teams in the PL next year. Would love Deano's Norwich to take points off Newcastle, Leicester, Hammers, Everton and a few others
I agree. I think it is good going to Deano, he will be a friendly manager for him and will make the transition easier. Also, it is a real compliment for Aaron as it shows that Deano rated him from his time here and will give him encouragement that he can follow big brother's footsteps. Norwich should be fighting at the top end of the Championship so this will be really good game time for him
