But no decision was made. Media reported the interest in Sarr, yes there may have been genuine interest but the club never said anything and if the club will make a decision to buy him or not
Ah, I was wondering how this would be positioned. It is to blame the Lange & Purslow. Would u not think that the HeadCoach/manager should have a final veto on signings? Is this not a good thing?
Edit: if u can provide a comment where I moaned about NSWE or Purslow, I will pay 1000 quid to a charity of your choice, I will post the receipt of payment here and I will post a comment to say to how wrong I was.
What is that meant to mean? Please explain or at least show mw ANY comment I made moaning about NSWE or Purslow ever. Again you are on the wrong thread when u should be on the (I love) Dean Smith thread.
I am not. NSWE and Purslow clueless? We were in the Championship when they came to Villa and now we are moaning we are not a top 8 team and moaning we are buying a really exciting player for 25m+.
You don't have to hope. Look at what our owners and Purslow have done for our club since they acquired us (and employed Purslow). They are far from clueless
I appreciate there is a lot of debate on if we need Sarr or not and where he can/should play. I can't believe between Gerrard, Lange and Critchley they just threw darts at a board with pictures of players and decided to buy Sarr. There must be a plan we can't see
@MaVilla
Just in case that didn't come across correctly, I was referring to actual soup and not our team as really good . There should be big chuck of meat and veg is good soup that need a fork for eating. yum.
I would like one too. I am surprised that Sarr is coming in ahead of a CB and CM/DM. It would be great to know what was actually being discussed in the transfer meetings at VP
