I thought with the addition of Grealish no one else had a shot in hell in this season to even give City a game?

Neutral fans enjoys to watch them. They are entertaining.
Is it so difficult of a concept to grasp?

Yeah again the commentators and pundits were going on about how brave they are and exciting because they just kept attacking. Despite conceding 5.
Any other team they’d be saying how stupid it was
Yep ridiculous how much the media loves Leeds.
They got **** embarassed today but lo and behold they attacked well

Just watched Beckett on Netflix - it was ok and very reminiscent in tone of a 60/70s political thriller akin to the Ipcress File, Three Days of the Condor or the Parallax View.
Not brilliant but not rubbish either.
now settling down to Aliens as signed up to Disney + today!
(any D+ suggestions? (Film or Tv) Other than Marvel/Star Wars content!)
The Right Stuff.
Its about the US Space program;thought pretty good and hopefully they make some more.

I give Deano shite when it's deserved, however, i'm pretty surprised by some of the over the top reactions in here.
First game of the season, after a pretty soul ripping departure and a set of new players.
He probably got it wrong to start off with, but at least tried to rectify, relatively quickly.
Way too early to be calling for Deanos head.
I do suspect, he will be under immense pressure this season though.
If we don't try to address our midfield I might start to worry.
No place for sensible posts like this in here tonight!

They also played top teams if I remember correctly.
Conceding 3 goals against Watford is horrendous
Step away from the cliff pal.Please...just step away.

This is the staple of UK cuisine, consumed 2-3 times a week in every British home. Other nights it is fish and chips without gravy, and as a treat on Fridays, beans on toast.
Yeah I have been wanting to try it forever so I hope it turns out ok. Want to try a full English breakfast next

I'd be disappointed if we end the window in profit for the summer.
The ambitions of the club are very clear - progression and Europe. We won't get that at the moment.
I thought strongly some more players would be coming in even before today; but I really hope it is even more evident to Smith and company that our midfield needs some help after Watford. Get JWP and someone like Baumgartner from Hoffenheim or similar and let's get it going.

Had some pretty bad emotional family drama happen a few hours ago(Somewhat sorted for the moment but we'll see tomorrow).
Anyway, just finished watching the highlights. Very tough opening loss no doubt; their goals made them look like Atletico Madrid and us look like Blyth Spartans. Obviously tons of games left, but disappointing none the less.
We move on and try to work out the kinks.
Haven't even checked Twitter, shudder to even think what vitriol is being spewed on there.

They're hoping to get it done tomorrow, yes, on Sundae.
They'd be nuts not to get it done by tomorrow for sure

He's 15.
FIFTEEN and playing in the u23's. That's a hell of a lot of confidence to have in someone who is only FIFTEEN.
When I was 15 I couldn't even bench press 100 pounds and had ZERO luck with the ladies.
Hats off to this young fellow and obviously we think he has a very bright future indeed. Lot of talent it in the Academy for sure and I love it.

Now I'm not saying I've never littered before in my life, but I have never thrown a whole **** bag of trash into somebody's yard while going down the road. And oh guess what? I know these **** saw me out in my yard and still went ahead and threw the damn thing. And of course the wind has picked up and tossed the trash all over the damn place and I had to pick up the shit.
Rude **** in their fake ass Fast 'n Furious wannabe car.

Don't get me started on rock radio.
The two main ones in the UK are Absolute Classic, and Planet Rock.
On any given day they will play virtually the same list of songs, including Bon Jovi and Def Leppard (which all sound the same), White Wedding or Rebel Yell by Billy Idol (its as if he only recorded two tracks in his whole career) The Passenger by Iggy Pop, Summer of 69 by Bryan Adams, Baba O'Reilly by The Who, some shit by U2, Cherry Pie by Warrant, Sweet Child O Mine by GnR...you get the picture. **** boring.
This is why, in addition to my own records, I have three internet radios dotted about where I mainly listen to US rock stations, and West Coast Golden radio which plays 70's/80's chilled sounds and yacht rock.
I agree. That's why I am really thinking of reupping my Sirius subscription again(Satelite radio). Below is the great rock channels that they have:

The reaction to the things he's been saying is wild. It's really not that bad, and I don't see how it's disrespectful to suggest that the quality of player at City is higher than here. Is that wrong? And is it surprising he'd say it in a city interview, on their YouTube channel?
The hate he's recieving overall is way over the top. Just before he left the general consensus was that he was handling the whole situation really well, not kicking up a fuss and treating the club with respect. Now suddenly the script has flipped and he's some sort of evil traitor and people are hoping he gets seriously injured. It's completely unnecessary.
Yes, it's unfortunate that he left and we have every right to feel bad about it, and we have a right to voice those feelings. But Jesus Christ, he's not suddenly turned on us, hating us or deserving of actual serious injury. We used to love him and he did a lot of good for us, is that all going to be forgotten?
There's a large difference between not being a fan anymore and actively hating him. It just doesn't make any sense to me.
I don't hate the dude and as I said above probably just reading too much into the second quote that was posted.
I've said before I appreciate what he did for Villa but not the way he dealt with the whole situation of getting to City.
I know you are not really alluding to me in regards to saying hope he gets hurt and all that.
I would never wish that on my worse enemy and anyone who does is despicable I concur.

Been watching Justified over the past few days and about to start season four.
Just a great show and Raylan Givens is one of my all time favorite characters now.
Highly recommend if never seen it.

not really though is he
he's saying that he can be a better player because the opponent cant double and triple mark him meaning he'll have more space, his life should be easier at city because he's in a better team
thats the truth
Fair enough I guess I'm just reading too much into the second quote
