Some bloke on Twitter is posting pics of new Castore kits for different teams (us Wolves, Newcastle and Rangers from what I can see). Posted the ones from yesterday (after others I think) but has also posted this…so maybe nothing confirmed re kits.
Actually, looks like it would be one of the GK kits as the neck and the detail is the same.

When Nakamba was playing really well earlier in the season just after Gerrard came in, Dougie must have been playing further forward then. I don’t remember him being outstanding, maybe he was. He was really good last night and clearly better as an 8 than a 6 but even as an 8 can still be inconsistent.

Yes Liverpool fans weren't very loud tonight. The best away fans we've had this season were Spurs imo
Spurs fans got louder as the score increased, they were nothing special when we were all over them in the first half. The Man United fans were surprisingly good.

There wasn't a weakness in the diamond until the player at the base of it got removed and replaced by a number 8.
Gerrard made a mistake swapping Nakamba for Chuk. If Nakamba was blowing, which he was, it should have been Tim or Chambers coming on for him.
If he wanted Chuk to have a platform, he should have removed McGinn (or Luiz, except he was the best player on the pitch at the time).
Gerrard's in game management was poor tonight, but he set us up very well to get at Liverpool, and but for a shit ref, we might have still got a point even with the poor subs.
We've come a long way with that performance compared with out other efforts against the top 6 this season, and Gerrard has to get the credit for that.
Agree all of this.

Tim Iroegbunam should have been bought on for a clearly blowing outta his arse Nakamba who hasn’t played in months.
Yes. Not Chuk. This wasn’t the game for him.

It's more of a quality and consistency thing for me. He was awful
I agree he was awful but if we had taken our chances or not f*ked up that throw in that led to their second goal, result might have been different.

The chuck sub didnt cost us.
Mings being shit cost us
Leaving mane completely open xoat us
Ings bottling it with his finishing cost us
The Chuk sub wasn’t right. Or at least it was too early.

Disappointing result but nothing to get too downhearted about. For all the hate for the ref, don’t think he changed the outcome.

Total, utter, unadulterated drivel.
Why? He’s not played well. He’s 18 and not ready for a PL game against Liverpool. I’m not writing him off.

Chuk not ready for this level of game yet. Shouldn’t have been brought in.

Cash, bad choice!

Digne has been playing really well since coming back from injury.

Carney….I thought you were too good for us?!?!

We’ve had the stuffing knocked out of us. This is where mentality comes into it and we’re failing. They will score more now.

Beautiful by Ollie but heavy touch by Ings

Think it's time for Coutinho to come off personally. Looks gassed.

We’re getting back into this.

Inconsistent reffing. What a surprise.

Crowd need to rally them.

Typical Villa.

I kind of had sympathy for that one because the ref and clearly ignored a blatant foul of a similar nature on one of our boys only about 5 seconds earlier. I was also going mad at he decision for that reason. Inconsistent reffing.
