    I genuinely think the press don’t know anything from Villa… think of all the signings we made since coming up, all the rumours of them come from the other clubs side, not ours. it’s the same with Alvarez… any information about any possible deal is coming from South America… yeah this idea of signing all the good kids is most definitely a ‘top 6 team’ flex. things are going well

    The reason why the transfers are slow is our own perception. We want fresh news everyday, something to wonder about, something dream about and something to talk about. And like last summer, we hyperbolically moaned that our owner lacked ambition because of the slow window and lack of signings. We’re just not signing 14 players a season like we did in our promotion season. We are probably after 4/5 players and 2 are are already in. What really is slow and lacking is the gossip about who we are going to sign That’s what we want, so we don’t feel bored
