Given the squad they are building, if they aren't fighting to win the Premiership and/or Champions League than all this investment will be for nothing. Crazy money.

I can see us waiting for summer to bring in another striker than. Hopefully Duran is given time to settle.

Most clubs have to be financially sensible these days, except for the likes of Chelsea who can for some reason throw money around like it's meaningless.

People seem to be going mad about this lad, like he's the next great thing in football. How long till the likes of Madrid or PSG come sniffing?

The club must have a replacement lined up or at least in mind, I don't like the idea of Duran having all that pressure on him when he starts (especially jumping from MLS to the Premiership), he'll need time to adjust. I understand the concern, I don't think you should ever let a player go without having a replacement in the works already so lets hope that is what's happening.

I'm guessing Emery didn't care much for Ings. I like Ings but it hasn't really worked out for him at the club sadly. That said I think it could be a good deal for West Ham.

Curious to see how Wout Weghorst gets on. He looked bang average for Burnley, but it's fair to say he'll get better service at United.

Is there any truth to the McKennie rumours? The papers seem to be going hard on that link. Apparently now he's 'desperate to join Spurs' for some reason (aim a little higher Weston). Seriously though, I'm not to sure about this one.

18 million doesn't seem that crazy these days given some of the fees being thrown around. Plus his age would be a factor too.

Interesting deal this one, I only really know about him because Benfica were checking him out. Looks like a powerful forward, from the videos I've seen he gets fouled as much as Jack does.

That was pathetic from Xhaka, didn't touch him. Also when did refs stop enforcing players surrounding him, I hate to see that personally.

Chelsea throwing around money hoping it'll fix their issues, some things don't change. Anyone bringing up FFP, that means bugger all these days.
