Honestly, it's an interesting approach from Chelsea. They are basically spreading the cost of these players over very long contracts allowing them to work within the rules of FFP I believe, I do wonder if we'll see this repeated by other teams in the future. I guess it all depends on if it works out. That said, they'll most likely still have to sell some players this January given the size of the squad. Apparently there's talk that Sterling's future at the club is far from certain despite only being a recent purchase from City. Basically Chelsea have found a loophole in the FFP rules, one I expect a lot of clubs to copy.

I forgot Nakamba was still at the club to be honest. I can't see to many new faces coming in this window, I think summer will be a lot busier.

Juve seem like a club rotten to the core, not at all surprised by this. Spur's Fabio Paratici banned from Italian football for 30 months, makes you wonder about some of their transfers.

That was abysmal from City. What the hell as happened to them? Haaland as looked a shadow of himself since the World Cup break.

Given the squad they are building, if they aren't fighting to win the Premiership and/or Champions League than all this investment will be for nothing. Crazy money.

I can see us waiting for summer to bring in another striker than. Hopefully Duran is given time to settle.

Most clubs have to be financially sensible these days, except for the likes of Chelsea who can for some reason throw money around like it's meaningless.

People seem to be going mad about this lad, like he's the next great thing in football. How long till the likes of Madrid or PSG come sniffing?

The club must have a replacement lined up or at least in mind, I don't like the idea of Duran having all that pressure on him when he starts (especially jumping from MLS to the Premiership), he'll need time to adjust. I understand the concern, I don't think you should ever let a player go without having a replacement in the works already so lets hope that is what's happening.

I'm guessing Emery didn't care much for Ings. I like Ings but it hasn't really worked out for him at the club sadly. That said I think it could be a good deal for West Ham.

Curious to see how Wout Weghorst gets on. He looked bang average for Burnley, but it's fair to say he'll get better service at United.

Is there any truth to the McKennie rumours? The papers seem to be going hard on that link. Apparently now he's 'desperate to join Spurs' for some reason (aim a little higher Weston). Seriously though, I'm not to sure about this one.
