    The Nations League does nothing for me. I appreciate what it's trying to do but I imagine a lot of the players would rather be resting on holiday for the new season and with the World Cup kicking off soon. It just seems pointless.

    To be fair Grimsby have been the more dangerous side, but you got to put your chances away and Solihull did just that. Potentially a massive goal.

    The fact that Pickford is in goal for England just depresses me, he's been abysmal this year except for a few okay games at the end of the season.

    Yeah Scotland didn't deserve to win that, very poor performance from them. Credit to Ukraine, I think Wales are in for a tough match Saturday.

    I like Davis but I do wonder if Forest will try to sign him on loan or permanently. Don't think he has as much of a chance to make it at Villa, especially if another striker is brought in.

    Mike Dean takes some beating for the worst referee. I wouldn't be shocked if it's eventually revealed he was involved in some corruption. Dislike him with a passion.

    Well done to Forest. Deserve to be back in the Premiership and it'll be good to see them next year. Huddersfield were poor to be fair.

    Real deserved to win. Thought Liverpool was very poor tonight and never really showed the class they are capable of. Fair result in the end.

    Liverpool have been really poor. I don't think Madrid have been that great either.
