    The angle they showed was totally inconclusive to be fair. I think it probably was out but that image didn't prove anything.

    Probably was, but haven't seen an image showing it other than the freeze frame from completely the wrong angle, so there's always an element of doubt.

    I think they should stop looking for angles that show a goal might be offside and instead look for an angle that shows it is onside. Look for reasons to give it, not rule it out. That was at least it would have to be clearly offside in order for it to be disallowed.

    Finally. It's been an astonishing level of faffing to actually get to this point, but it's here, and it really is pretty good. Hasn't got a real kickass heavy tune on it, which usually there is something a bit heavier, but it's still an album of sweeping highs and lows and emotion and fun and wonderful tunes and invention. Love it. Not sure any individual song on it I would rate amongst his best (although I might change my mind in time) but as an entirety it's a great album. Peter Gabriel i/o

    My favourite album this year is probably: Katatonia - Sky Void Of Stars Honourable mention to the EP with some top covers (and some ok but possibly pointless covers) : Ghost - Phantomime

    An old b-side that never really got an official release has popped up on a new Ghost compilation album, and it's long been a favourite song of theirs. It's achieved almost mythic levels amongst the fan base, with even the band poking fun at it by throwing in the line, "will they ever play Zenith live" in a promo video they did a couple of years back.

    They beat us 3-2 and we beat them 2-1 so it'll go to goals scored between us and they scored one more.
