It's interesting. I was of the 'wouldn't mind him being replaced once he's got us up' mindset, but (and this possibly should have been blinking obvious) the more we're winning and therefore getting towards achieving promotion, the more that seems ridiculous. We're playing well. There is a very obvious team spirit. It would be crazy to throw this away for the gamble that is a new manager.

Let him have a testimonial for that. He doesn't justify a place in the squad for any other game and we'll be in danger of expecting to have the 'Gabby factor' if he gets picked. Yep - I'd keep him. We should take the game to them and try not to even consider that it's a derby. If we sit back and worry about what they do it'll get scrappy, the crowd will get nervous and the players tense up. Play our game and let them worry about how to stop us.
