I love him and think he is a top coach with a very bright future ahewad of him. I do find his press conferences a bit boring though. Not that it matters.

Yeah the other one was reading away in Bruce’s first season. I can’t think of any others.

Well he signed Mcginn so he laid that foundation. My post wasn’t a criticism of Bruce though. It was more about how we played previously. It was a lot more about keeping solid and winning by the odd goal. Which was great in most games but when we went behind we’d struggle with a plan B. It’s good we don’t seem to have that issue at the moment.

This is true but you also have to remember we have had the same problem throughout the season. The only difference is in previous games we would normally concede during the spells where we are against it. We do need to try and control games better against more physical teams. But to be fair, every game in this league is a battle. Some of them we’ll have to win in a ugly way.

This season we have now won 6 games that we have gone behind in. (2 under Bruce). To put that in to perspective I think we only managed to win 3 games that we went behind in over the past 2 seasons. So basically if we went behind more often than not a point was the best we could hope for. This is no longer the case!

Must have been physically draining though. Draw on Saturday might not be in the worst result in the world. Key thing is do not lose!!

He was struggling to walk in the last few minutes.

First was harsh. If the Ref was going to book him he should have booked the Rotherham player too. Second one would normally be a yellow card but the referee could easily have used his common sense and judged that sending off for those 2 incidents was probably not justified and gave a final warning instead. But then again championship refs and common sense do not seem to go hand in hand.

Just watched the goal again. Even Grealish wasn't expecting the cut back. It did everyone on the pitch!

Not the best of games but his work rate is superb. Still has to start for me.

Did one for Adomah to near the start of the game. He is a lot more of an intelligent player that fans give him credit for.

This sums it up. Ref had to send one of our players off to make it 11 aside. Mcginn couldnt walk by the full time whistle. What a player, what a warrior!! Him and Grealish are leading us to promotion. Special mention to Jedinak. Hasn’t played in months and pretty much won everything that came his way.
