Agree with this. I wasn’t impressed with his early games under Bruce. You can tell he has worked really hard to improve his game and adapt. I love him now. edit: his partnership with Taylor is just Taylor gives him the ball

I think too much is being made of this. Mane and Shaquiri would have been fasting against Barcelona. Gundegan could have been fasting today. The Egyptian Albion centre half may have been fasting last week and he was their best player. Muslim players have been playing at a high level for years during ramamdan. They manage it.

I agree. I don’t know what the money situation is but I think we will sign Hause, El Ghazi and maybe Mings too.

Maybe we will be looking for value in Europe and Spain in particular. So much talent around and they get paid peanuts compared to this country.

Sounds to me it’s just ways around FFP and to be able to back the manager to get us automatic promotion next season if we don’t win a week on Monday. Im not too concerned yet.

Villa park is amazing when we are winning games and enjoying the football. It’s not so good when things turn bad because the fans will still turn up in numbers, but they’ll tell you how they feel.

Got 2 returns from moor street to Wembley for £30 odd quid each. Can’t complain.

The thing is we are basing on this on his performances in Belgium and on International duty. Whilst he might be the better keeper it’s debatable on whether he will be our number 1 next season.

Yeah but that’s the thing. Bunn was kept as second choice while Steer was sent out on loan. How would that make you feel if you were in his shoes? Unless Steer demanded first team football or something?

I’ve got so much admiration for this lad. Nyland and Bunn are probably 2 of the worse keepers I’ve ever seen at the club so to get loaned out when that’s the competition would be enough to knock anyone’s confidence. The way he has come in to the team and made the position his own shows great character. He will probably not be number 1 next season but boy has he done himself and the club proud.

Earlier in the season my mate that supports Leeds was saying how he hoped they tried to sign Grealish or Mcginn next season. He was deadly serious too such was the arrogance. Now in 2 weeks we could be eyeing up a few Leeds players.

I still can’t beleive I got 25-1 in March and now we are 1 game away. What an unbelievable season.

Also who has the mental strength. So much at stake players can lose their heads like Leeds did yesterday. I think we have a lot of leaders in this team and are stronger mentally. I just cant wait.

True but Albion had nothing to play for. Derby didn’t even have a shot on target first leg and yesterday they just went for it against a team renowned for bottling it. Since the Stoke game we’ve shown a belief and resilience I haven’t seen for years. I feel really confident.
