To be honest mate it wasn’t just the amount it was the manner of drinking. It was purely for the buzz and not to be social. Id mainly drink alone. I’d get random quarter bottles of spirits and a few cans weekends and sometimes in to the week. Would always say it was last time I’d drink that way but never was. Once I get taste I don’t want to stop. I suppose we all react to alcohol differently. A few pints at lunch time might be fine if you in control. If it was me I wouldn’t want to stop at 2. keeping on topic in my case if definitely escalates my issues with mental health. -

I hope we never get to the stage where we have to think twice before we compare one player with another. I’d like to believe some of them didn’t know what they were referencing. If they did then it’s just shocking they could think that’s acceptable and that they would get away with it.

I doubt you can coach basics like how to run to a grown man. I don’t know to be honest, Maybe you can? i think if he lost a bit of muscle or maybe body fat it would give him a bit more speed which could really help his game.

They were so far ahead of us until Smith got some players in and got them playing his way. From March our form to theirs was on par. edit: massive credit to our owners for putting in the cash. But as Everton and united have shown it’s not always about spending. It’s about spending wisely. Some fans were starting to criticise our summer spending after Burnley game but I think considering we signed 13 players for less than Man U signed too is incredible business from our recruitment team.

He seems a bit slow and clumsy at times. Almost like his size hinders him when he has the ball. I wonder if he could benefit by being a bit leaner and more agile? As long as he’s banging the goals in and putting in a shift like Saturday it’s all good.

Maybe. I think they just naturally sat deep against better opposition when holding a lead. We didn’t hold the ball wel so kept being forced to retreat in my opinion. Guess we’ll never know what his instructions were but I see where you’re coming from.
