    It’s harsh on Grealish but I think when an international manager knows certain players and they are doing well for their teams. It’s hard to drop any of them. Plus it’s too soon after his injury so better for Villa that he will be fresh for Newcastle. Jack continues to work hard for us he will be called up eventually.

    Walsall North was Labour from 1979. I assumed it still was until I looked yesterday.

    We love his endeavour but he needs to be smarter about when to closes down and press from the front. There was a few incidents when he tried to close down Alison when there was no chance he would get there and whilst it’s great to see it’s inevitable he will have nothing left in the tank for the last 20 minutes or so when chasing from midfield that way all game. It would be great if we had striker that can chase down players the same way.

    I think stay solid with Luiz. With Jack almost playing a free role there needs to be more discipline in the middle. Hourihane and Mcginn are more forward thinking and we end up with that massive space in the middle of the park like against Brighton.

    The great thing about Grealish on the left is he almost has a free role. He will constantly swap sides with the other winger and also when he is out of position we have one of the defensive midfields like Luiz covering for him. I loved the way Jack popped up all over the pitch against Brighton and bossed the game.

    Still from not being good enough for a mid table Championship team to becoming a Champions League keeper for a team in seria A in 4 years is not bad going. I always liked him. He was just raw.

    He’s a class act and will keep getting better. It’s no wonder Pep wanting to keep him. To think some on here wrote him off after about 4 games

    I like him Marvelous, Jack and Mcginn all playing together. All 4 are quality players.

    I think it’s Gill Ogilvie and her stance is to a negotiate a ‘credible’ deal to leave.
