I felt so devastated after yesterday’s game I went to bed. It’s just a game, how it can it make us feel that way? I’ve decided football isn’t a healthy past time and I am going to slowly move away from following the ‘ugly’ game. Might have a cup final ticket for sale. Will let you know.
I’m going to bite. Let’s say he does think he is too good for us (which he obviously is). What does this even mean and why would a villa fan even suggest it? Is he showing a poor attitude? Is he not fighting for the cause? Is it having a go at other players and blaming everything on them? is he trying to engineer a move?
Sorry @sir_gary_cahill. I know you think he is overrated but this statement is ******* ridiculous.
God some of you lot are so miserable! We’ve signed a very good talent in January and all you can do is moan about how it’s a shame we didn’t sign him in the summer. This place is depressing at times.
Our problem is we are trying to take the game to teams at home but our defence can’t do a high line. They are ridiculously flat footed and I lost count how many times the ball over the top or though the lines did us today. So weak without Mings organising the defence.it was painful to watch.
The encouraging side was we looked very good going forward and Samatta was a very bright focal point.
We really needed that point.
Whilst we’re still in the mix I will believe we can stay up. But that’s only if Mings plays the remaining games. We won’t get many points without him if that defensive display is anything to go by.
It was a penalty. Also no player was going to get to the rebound before Son.
I just don’t get why we’re trying to play offside in the oppositions half!
Haven’t drove to villa park in years but with trains cancelled looks like have to. Is it ok around by Lichfield road for traffic and Parking? It’s going to be manic ain’t it?
Ok fair enough, I was just looking at games to goals.
To be fair to Wesley though Ings has had several more years in this league so is a lot more established.
