Watching The Last Kingdom. It’s decent

My negative and dark thoughts have been really getting to me lately, especially in the mornings where it’s quite extreme. So decided to return to medication for last 2 days as it’s always helped me in the past. It’s really hit me for 6. I know it’s like this for first few days but it’s really affecting my work and home life even more. Now I don’t know what to do. Do I persist and put life on hold for a week or two whilst I get past the side affects or do I just stop them again and try and continue without. My partner wants me to stop taking them again and try and do without as I’ve managed without for 3-4 months now. But it’s been a horrible 3-4 months mentally! I wish I could hide away. Exercise helps but it’s so hard to find motivation and energy.

Big players have big moments. It’s time for Jack to bang a couple in on Sunday and fire us to safety. He can say then farewell in memorable fashion.

If you look at what Chelsea have achieved in the last 20 years. They are pretty big to be fair.

I don’t think Arsenal were that off the pace. We just stayed solid and hit well on the break. They should beat Watford. Hoping West Ham get a draw today. In fact Watford were very lucky to even beat Norwich. I didn’t see them against Newcastle but generally whenever I’ve watched them after the restart they have looked very poor.
