    I think Benrahma is going to eventually be at a top 4 club. Excellent player in my opinion but I’m basing that on the odd game I see him. How good is he really?

    Yeh they all went for around 50m I think. So if he went for 60m he would be second most expensive English player of all time.

    I’d take that bet if it was 50M. I reckon If he goes it will be in-between 50-60M I believe that would still put him in the top 30 or so of the most expensive transfers of all time and also the second highest English transfer of all time.

    I heard this as well but have they relative to the general spend in the Premier League? Plus they probably have to pay over the odds on wages I bet to persuade players to join them. I mean what top player wants to play for Bournemouth?

    I can’t believe Bournemouth managed 5 years in top flight finishing as high as 9th! Pretty incredible achievement for such a small club. Credit to Eddie Howe.

    Yeah that’s true, the money has to be right. On that basis good chance we have him for another season at least. Agree Zaha good example.

    Would love to see him stay but still think he’s crazy if he does. Get big money for him and reinvest every penny. If he does decide to stay even better!

    Being from San Francisco you probably don’t know that there is no real hostility between baggies and villa fans even though they are down the road.

    Smiths earned another season in my eyes. At one stage after the Man U game it looked like we wernt improving but the fact we went unbeaten in 4 and stayed up shows lessons are being learnt. Above that the contrast between pre lockdown and post lockdown defensively shows how much work is being down to improve us and it’s actually working. He has my support.
