Isn't it a bit mad that the points deduction could see Everton get relegated where they would almost certainly go into administration, something that the FFP rules were brought in to try and prevent but in Evertons case would actually be the cause of -
It's more than reasonable to assume this. Our bad run started with Sheff Utd draw: Sheff Utd 1-1 Draw - Pau not in squad Man Utd 3-2 Loss- Pau on bench Burnley 3-2 Win - Pau on as sub last 30 mins Everton 0-0 Draw - Pau not in squad Newcastle 3-1 loss - Pau not in squad Sheff Utd 5-0 Win - Pau not in squad Man Utd 2-1 loss - Pau on bench Only game we won in that period without Pau playing was Sheff Utd. It's critical he stays fit for the rest of the season.

Interesting discussion on the Totally Football Show podcast about United's recent style of play, they have transformed into a completely counter attacking team. They're happy to sit back and let teams have the ball and as many chances as they want, then use their pace up front to counter. It's why Luton had the majority of possession and chances. Seems to be working at the minute, but surely only a matter of time before teams' figure this out, and just sit back so they have no space to run into. Also, can't imagine the United fans will be too happy with this approach long term, they've been used to in the past controlling games, not letting other teams do it.
