I'm sure if us and Newcastle start taking the piss with this loophole, there will be another PL vote and it will be closed off. Can't be having us as CL mainstays now can we.
It shouldn't matter, it's within the rules as per recent PL vote. Let the other clubs squabble amongst themselves, we'll be called all sorts, but who cares if it means we don;t have to sell key players.
Only thing I saw was a load of Arsenal fans going off on Twitter as to why he didn't start their last friendly, and he's likely not going to be first choice, but he's in the squad though.
I feel that whoever made up the rumours about a swap deal with Luiz and McKennie, would have got many more clicks if it was a swap deal with Luiz and Chiesa.
Then there is Dunk who has been average for a leaky Brighton and terrible for England over Branthwaite who's been rock solid for Everton.
Also, wouldn't it make more sense having Branthwaite (or Tarkowski for that matter) who will be much better suited playing in front of Pickford, since you know... they literally play together for Everton?
This. I've no idea how England are favourites to win it, France have a much better balanced squad. If you take Kane and possibly Bellingham and Foden out, it's an entirely average squad.
Is that any worse than picking someone who has been good for a few months? For a different team I might add, playing with different players under a different manager?
