    Exactly, he can play as the middle CB and step up to DM when in possession, drop back when not.

    I've suggested this as well. It wouldn't even be a massive departure from the current 4321, just drop the DM to form a back 3 and push the full backs into wing backs.

    I think we will see him and Watkins up front again, as Watkins on his own versus Spurs back 3, he'll be a passenger the whole game.

    We need to find a balance between proven winners and diamonds in the rough. SG is right in that we need to sign some proven winners to integrate in the team and hopefully change the mindset of some of the players. We can't just sign 11 unproven players and hope they turn good in a few seasons.

    Apart from Digne for £25M (which could be argued that his value was justified, as he was labelled as the best left back outside the 'Big 6'), we've signed Chambers for Free and Coutinho and Olsen on loan. Doesn't seem to me like we are panic buying and overpaying.

    Mainly because it's absurd that people want a manager sacked after 5 months.

    I don't know any other team that plays with two narrow 10s the way we do. Only one I can think of is Milan under Ancelotti, but they had Seedorf and Kaka, and probably the best defense in the world at the time, maybe ever. It might have worked in Scotland were most teams sat back and defended against Rangers, but it's not working in the Prem.

    It's the same after every defeat as well saying we were not good enough, then goes out an plays the exact same team the following week.

    We are very tight lipped with out transfers the past few season (Ings being an example). We have no idea who the recruitment team have or are looking at.

    I think the only way it would happen is if Leeds got relegated, but that's looking unlikely now.

    Again, that was mainly down to having a player like Grealish. Jack was nearly always double marked when he played, allowing Targett to receive the ball and get to the byline for a cross. Arguably Digne is a better player than Targett, if he had played for us when we had Grealish, we would have seen an even better number of corsses.

    Have the utmost respect for Dean, he brought us back and kept us in the league. But we were a one man team, we struggled massively in the PL when Jack was out injured.
