    It’s a bit of a selection dilemma for SG. We either go two 10s and one 9, or one 10 and two 9s. If we go with one 10 then it’s clear who the first choice 10 is. And unfortunately for Buendia, we’ve looked better with two strikers.

    They main word here being IF. Unless an actual offer comes in it’s all just speculation and rumours. TBH I’m at the point I don’t even want him to sign a contract, if he’s this much trouble at 18, what’s he going to be like with contract negotiations at 23 or 25?

    Well he supposedly being advised by a Church, so who knows what advice he’s being given.

    Yes, but if Kamara had a serious injury in say March and was out for 6-7 months, would we have signed him? That’s the risk these players are taking by running their contracts down, they are an injury away from being unemployed.

    No offers currently, can ask for bigger wages/signing on fee. Obviously it would be ideal if he isn’t going to sign that we get a fee for him now. This could all backfire on him of course if they don’t offer him the contract he wants.

    I think he will be here come 1st September, and he will run his contract down and leave for compensation next year.

    I remember reading on this forum, maybe even this thread. Someone had suggested playing full-backs as the two #8s, as they would be more comfortable covering the full back space. We could play Augustinsson and Young.

    Only interested club has been Roma, and they have already signed Matic and are close to signing Wijnaldum. So unless another club we don't know of is interested, he's here for another 12 months.
