Poch would probably edge it just because he has PL/CL experience and how good he was with Southampton and Spurs. Gallardo would be more of a risk, but you’d be getting the South American Pep. It’s probably unlikely, I can see him going to Spain.

Watkins has not scored since the Palace game in August, despite playing literally every minute. There is no downside to starting Archer, the worst he can do is also not score.

He has started every single Premier League game so far this season. Correct me if I'm wrong, but after making him captain I vaguely remember Gerrard saying something like he wouldn't be guaranteed to start now that he's captain.

Get Ramsey playing on the left where Jack played, his best attribute his carrying the ball, same as Jack.

Watkins, McGinn and Luiz need to be dropped. Archer, Sanson and Nakamba could literally not do any worse and have had practically no game time.

Have we had our pants pulled down by signing Coutinho? He looked so good on his debut, came on and changed the game. You'd have thought he'd be hungry to recapture that form considering there is a World Cup next month, which as things stand, he will not be attending.
