  1. We could always go back in for Sarr.
  2. I wonder did he see on social media after the fake news he was sacked, that 99% of the fanbase want him gone. No way back from that IMO, barring a 10 game winning run.
  3. And we've had one of the easiest starts in the league.
  4. Surely a draw in this is enough for him to go?
  5. Grim. I honestly don’t see how he’d still be in a job Friday morning if we don’t win.
  6. I’m probably setting myself up for disappointment hoping we get Poch. But a quick search online and it appears his two long time assistant coaches Miguel d’Agostino and Jesús Pérez are both available. They’ve been with him since Espanyol.
  7. Exactly. Pochettino didn’t play with wingers at Spurs either. Son would cut in on the left and Eriksen would drop into midfield.
  8. Anyone looking to view the article behind the paywall. Just paste the link into https://archive.ph
  9. I don’t think so either. Edu seems to be in charge of transfers at Arsenal.
  10. Plus if he manages to get us into Europe, he’ll have another tick on his CV. And if a Real or Bayern come calling, they’ll have to pay a hefty compensation fee.
  11. True enough. The top 8 teams last season all have Italian coaches with the exception of Roma who have Jose.
  12. How embarrassing will it be when Michael Beale’s Wolves go about Steven Gerrard’s Aston Villa
  13. Mainly plays a 442 with Villarreal, but with Arsenal, PSG and Sevilla he played mainly 433 or 4231.
  14. I wouldn’t be opposed to Frank, but I’d much prefer Poch or even Emery.
  15. He wasn’t my first choice. But I gradually came round to the idea of him taking over. Obviously that has turned out to be a disaster. We need to get the next one right.
  16. I’ve not heard this. Got a link? I know his contract is up in June. So compensation should be relatively low.
  17. Wolves are now without a manager nearly 3 weeks. After Lopetegui deal falling through, they are going to end up panicking and making the wrong appointment
  18. If Poch is waiting until after the World Cup, it means he’s waiting for something better. There will be jobs available as the managerial merry go round springs into action. Which means we are not his preferred option.
  19. You're going to look silly when he's sacked after defeat to Fulham.
  20. Can’t wait to see him in a Pochettino or Emery double pivot along with Kamara.
  21. Taking nothing away from Emery, as he done a fantastic job at Sevilla winning an historic 3 Europa Leagues in a row. A big part of there success though was the recruitment from Monchi. I suspect Lange would fall short in matching that, if Emery were to take charge of us.
  22. 7 of the players that started Sunday played in the 7-2 against Liverpool. They are capable footballers, if they are coached properly.
  23. But if we are genuinely interested in Poch or Emery, and they are even a tiny bit interested. You’d move heaven and earth to get them and get rid of the manger 99% of fans want rid of.
  24. What about the fact he said he would pick players on merit, and then refuses to drop players (McGinn, Watkins, Coutinho) who are underperforming. Constantly dropping Buendia for the underperforming Coutinho. Sanson hasn’t played a single minute. Archer barely features. He’s looking for solutions to problems he’s created himself.
