Same. Ings was good and deservedly got two goals. But Kamara swept everything up and totally controlled the midfield. It's mad that he's only 22, he looks like he's been playing at that level for 10 years.

I hope the Hazard rumours are just that, rumours. I want us to sign young and hungry players, not just hungry. Hazard looks like he's had a few extra portions of paella.

We've had a soft underbelly for too long. Teams always getting away with stuff against us. No more. Uncle Unai is in charge now.

Just had a look at the stats for La Liga last season, and Villarreal had 3rd lowest yellow cards and 2nd lowest red cards. So don't think it's an intentional set up by Unai, just the referee was a plonker.

Referee was a shambles. Brighton's goal should not have stood, so even if Digne had gave a way a penalty we still deserved to win 2-1.

Agreed. You can argue that Brighton COULD have had a penalty for the incident with March and Digne, but we SHOULD have had a freekick for Mac Allister's foul on Luiz in the buildup to their goal. I'm sure something will come back to bite us in a future game, but for now a welcome 3 points.

Bad pass from Martinez true, but the goal shouldn't have stood. Mac Allister pushes Luiz from behind and doesn't get the ball, should have been instantly disallowed.

Even if it was a penalty, who cares? It's about time some of these things went for us rather than against us. The Ref had a shocker yesterday, Luiz was fouled in their first goal so should have been disallowed. Karma.
