I think it's fine if it's just investment and having first dibs on some good players and the chance to loan some of ours. If we start changing the teams' kits, badges' etc, then it's more of an issue. Vitoria are still Vitoria, they just have some secure investment now. -

Exactly. I don't think NSWE are the type to put all their eggs into one basket, they'll have had a shortlist of possible candidates with Emery, and we'll move for one of them. None of this will impact our summer spending, as targets will have been in place for months, the only thing Alemany would have added this window is an extra negotiator.
