    Sacrifices have to be made to progress. Fans are emotionally attached to a lot of these players, but they’re all gonna leave at some point. Some sooner than others.

    Don't think Poch would have walked if their was any indication he might be kept, selling Gallagher was the reason he left.

    If you believe City fans, Haaland only cost them £51m. And, by all accounts Szoboslai has had as much impact at Liverpool as Diaby has with us, started off good then faded in the second half of the season.

    Have you taken into consideration that he himself wants to leave? Or that he won't sign a new contract effectively forcing us to sell him now or lose value? The majority of fans are not 'happy' to see him go, but recognise that we might be forced to sell him.

    That’s a far more reasonable valuation of McKennie.

    Chelsea sold Mount for more than that when he only had a year left. They'll ask for similar for Gallagher.
