That’s the release clause, hence why everyone is reporting it. I doubt anyone knows what fees are bring discussed. I’d be surprised if we paid £50m, for as you say he only has 12 months left. If we bid I reckon it’ll be a lower fee with a healthy sell on % clause.

If we’re prepared to pay the release clause, why would Sevilla still be looking a 3 month hiatus? Possibly to prevent us signing their targets? We’d probably already have our targets for this window identified.

Does the position Bailey plays has to be left footed? Watching Bailey play there last season, his best assist has been when he stayed on his right and got a cross, I think we've scored a few goals like that last season. Maybe a right footed proper winger playing there would get less goals but more assist, as we have planety of runners coming into the box for tap ins.
