  1. Good, it’s a glorified championship match.
  2. Yeah, could do with one more. Acuna will hopefully replace Digne, so if we could add a RB that can also play CB if needed, we would be covered, I think.
  3. Seems like the perfect time to sign him. New Italy manager and Euros next summer, he'll want to impress and show he can do it in the PL. Could be getting a real gem if he stays fit.
  4. Took him a while to become a starter for them, but in the second half of the season he was a mainstay in the starting XI. I'm sure Milner will do okay, but he's 37. Is he going to play every game? Dahoud is 50/50. Could be good, but is he going to be better than Mac Allister?
  5. Didn't that Gala fan say their club already hates Monchi? Unless it is a medical issue, seems a bit low going back in to change details on the deal that have already been agreed.
  6. You don't want Revan or Pau at LB, but happy enough with Digne who we've been trying to sell all week and has pretty much been told he's not wanted. 4/10 performance incoming.
  7. Didn't they sign some Japanese DM from Stuttgart? I wouldn't be surprised if they were never going to actually sign Caicedo, and it was all just to make FSG look like they wanted to spend money to get the fans of their backs. If they are interested in Kamara it will take a monumental offer to tempt us.
  8. That was always going to be the case. He moved to Turkey out of necessity as it was the only window open at the time. Gala will have known this, and were always going to sell him once someone came in for him. Good business from them.
  9. Obviously, they can still bring more people in before the window shuts, put replacing Caicedo, Mac Allister and Colwil with Dahoud, Milner and Igor is not looking like great business IMO. On paper, their midfield looks far worse than ours.
  10. The correct answer. He wanted United to pay him off for the final years of his contract, as he'd be taking a pay cut going to West Ham. West Ham got fed up of waiting and pulled out. Maguire seems to believe he's a better footballer than he actually is, but if he was, United wouldn't be looking rid of him. I couldn't think of a player more unsuited to Emeryball than Maguire, the fact it's even being discussed here is baffling.
  11. There could be a real problem with playing Digne at the weekend if he's going to be off shortly after that. The player will not want to risk injury, he won't be putting in a shift put it that way. If we get the Acuna deal done, we might have to throw him in on Sunday. I'd rather have a fully committed Acuna who's not up to speed on the system, than a half committed Digne who is. Hindsight is a wonderful thing, but we really should have kept Young for another season.
  12. Gaston Edul. Didn’t that bollocks merchant say Emi would be off this summer?
  13. They’re already ahead of us in the league
  14. They struggle to score goals; we will definitely score so can't see them getting more than us.
  15. Where are you seeing this? Romano's last tweet about Acuna says we are in talks with Sevilla.

    Jhon Durán

Bring him on after Diaby has scored a hatrick.
  17. This is the bit if confused about with Emery's game plan in that match, if we were going for a more counter style (which we probably should have away at one of the toughest grounds in the league), why did we play such a high line in the first place? You're spot on with the press, that right side it was practically non-existent. You can probably get away with the likes of Diaby not pressing, as his talent makes up for it, but both him and Bailey not pressing, it kills the whole game plan.
  18. A lot of people will be outraged if he plays, but it will eventually forgotten.
