Yep, more concerned with that rather than Chambers playing shite. Ramsey aside, as he’s only coming back from injury, Cash, Luiz, Diaby and Watkins all done nothing when coming on.
Yep, he won't be cheap, he's a real asset for the club now. If he goes, we make an absolute bomb on him, or he stays, and we reap the rewards on the pitch.
They will be bracing themselves for when Salah does eventually leave, and i'm sure they'll have an eye on Diaby.
Liverpool was prepared to pay that kind of money for Caicedo, and who know they may have different owners by the time people come sniffing around Diaby.
Hopefully we can get a result against this lot, they're terrible. Their players will be well rested, and will be a good litmus test to see if we can cope with Thursday-Sunday matches.
Whilst I get what you're saying, if Liverpool play like they have they'll easily finish 2nd, 3rd at a minimum. 4th and 5th will probably be at a level below that, which if we can go on a good run is certainly achievable.
I think we’re being to too harsh on Ollie, he was fantastic under Emery last season. No reason why he can’t play like that again.
We watch him every week so see all his misses, more than fans of other club will. There are very few teams in the PL that he wouldn’t play regularly for. Only City, Liverpool and Newcastle.
His goals to xG ratio is pretty much on par for us:
2020-21: 14 goals - 14.5 xG
2021-22: 11 goals - 11.6 xG
2022-23: 15 goals - 16.5 xG
As usual, the whole thing is being blown out of proportion on here.
