Was brilliant in the Euros before his injury, probably Italy's best player up to that point. Not sure we need another 30 year old left back though.

Hs best season at Roma, he played on the right, I would imagine he's behind Bailey and Diaby currently in that position.

Erm… we kind of rely on VAR for the whole high line, offside trap thing we have going on. Without it, we are vulnerable to conceding goals that should be disallowed for offside.

I don’t know, it’s probably easier to get game time over a 37 year old Giroud or Luka Jović who’s scored 1 more goal than Durán this season, than it is over undroppable Watkins.

Sounds like Pau is just not being risked, Emery said he wasn't 100% when he came on versus Burnley, no point risking him for this, he'll be fine for Everton.

Will depend on Zaniolo. Still has time, but so far, he hasn't shown that he's worth dropping £30m on. Felipe Anderson for free might be a better deal that paying the Zaniolo clause.

How can you compare the achievements of two who've managed their respective clubs for 26 and 21 years, with someone who's been in charge for 8 years? In Fergusons first 8 seasons, United won 5 major trophies, and in Wenger's first 8 he won 6.

Looks likely. I wonder would we keep him, or try a similar deal again with another bottom half club? Just wonder how it would affect the summer transfer budget if we're obligated to pay it.
