Yep, ffp related. Only players I’ve seen linked with a move away from Chelsea are academy players, Gallagher, Borja and Colwill. They penny has dropped with Bohley.

Yeah, I realise that. Which is why FFP was introduced in the first place, to stop a team with unlimited wealth buying whoever they want, City cheated to get around that, doesn;t mean we should lift the rules to allow Newcastle to do it.

It will be an extra 7 games making it to the final of ECL, which is why it was important we bypassed that play-off round by topping the group. Likewise, it could be 5+ games getting to the final of the FA Cup, so which tournament should we priorities, as it will be hard to stay in both while fighting for 4th place.

That's always been the case though, but it will (or should) be less frequent. Arsenal for example can't afford a striker like Toney without selling some players, whereas before Toney would be gone, and Brentford left with some cash and a hole in their squad needing filled.

One for the future, and hopefully he fulfills his potential and becomes our first choice RB. But I can't help thinking we'll see something similar to what City do with Monchi in charge. Sign talented youngsters from abroad for relatively cheap and sell for profit.

Stricter rules might be a bit harsher and will limit our spending, but if it means Arsenal or Liverpool can't go out every season and cherry pick our players, then i'm all for it.

Exactly, avoid. Will be a big enough fee, high wages and will be help Arsenal with FFP. Better value elsewhere.

One of those team likely will go on a decent run, but my point was people seem to think that, and think we won't also go on a run. We have the second most points in 2023, we're more likely to go on a run than any of those teams.

Players can be swapped, it was more to show we’d have options of 3 CBS and Attacking RB, 3 CBS and attacking LB, or 3 CBS and attacking RB and LB. The players don’t matter, whoever is fit and on form.
