    Randy would not spunk $20,000 on a casual chat!!! Its **** done and OGS has asked that he wants to stay with Molde till they find a replacement. As Bri says, playing it down so the team (Molde) doesnt collapse over their next few days. Done and dusted as far as im concerned.

    Agree with all that mate. This appoinment is going to need time. Its not going to happen over night and may well take a season or 2 before we start 'going places'. The fans need to get behind this and give OGS time to build his own team and implement his ideas and tactics. This is what most of us havnt wanted for a long time, a young, attacking minded manager. Well it looks like weve got him so lets back him from the start and not get on his back if a couple of results dont go our way.

    Excited by this appointment. Seems like he sets his teams up to play how pretty much 99% of us want us to play. What i will say, is that with an appointment like this, its not going to happen over night and it may well take 2 seasons for him to get us to where he wants us to be. I just hope us fans and the board give him the time to molde ( 8) ) this squad and make it his own. The revolution begins...bright future ahead.

    That latter i would assume but who knows?!?! I cant see Lerner sending his jet over there at a cost of circa $20,000 (according the man who broke all this) just for a chat and a cup of coffee and the potential of him turning us down! Makes me think that contact was made weeks ago ie. after the Bolton the game. And this is just tying up the loose ends.
