  1. Sod that, I want him to do something "with aplomb". Only footballers seem to do things with aplomb. Or maybe, "the mercurial Stephen Ireland finishes with aplomb!" WIN
  2. I was so hoping you had written 'riding to a breast' rather than 'riding two a breast'. Still, abreast is 1 word anyway, but that's not as amusing. Only one spelling mistake in a post, im getting there
  3. I think PL realises that an arm round the shoulders works better with Stephen Ireland than a kick up the arse. Not that he need a kick up the arse because he played well, but he realises that to get the best out of Stephen Ireland you need to tell him how good he is and what he is capable of to keep his confidence high. Good to see.
  4. I want at some point this season, a commentator to label him "mercurial".
  5. It did, i especially liked the part when the temperature suddenly dropped and they had to rub against each other for warmth...personally i would have just put my clothes back on but hey-ho! Did one of the girls get something stuck in her throat? Because it looked like the guy was giving her the heimlich maneuver?!?!
  6. Why do you say he is massively over-rated? Is he not the best footballer we have on the books? in theory yes he is the best technical player we have.... but he has never ever showed his true ability for us...despite what people say about his end of year performances.... If Ireland played in our Young, Milner, Barry midfield and performed like he has done for us people wouldn't be talking about him, if anything we would have been slagging him off... he was praised far too much last year for average performances just because he was surrounded by shit and occasionally played one touch football.... he has so much more to give and i hope he gives it this year I agree with most of that mate. However, i will counter by saying that last season was the first time he has been fully fit and even then he was coached by a clueless manager. With a manager who trusts him and plays him to his strengths, not chasing back and defending like AM did, i think we will finally see the Stephen Ireland we all know and hope he can be.
  7. Also, people who have driving lessons during rush hour!! **** cretins!!
  8. I know its binDunne, but horses on the fecking road!! Riding two a breast and dont acknowledge you when you creep round them!! Words removed!!
  9. Think ive seen the same one mate, was it the one where it gets really hot in the lift and they have to take off all the clothes?
  10. Why do you say he is massively over-rated? Is he not the best footballer we have on the books?
  11. Sounds like he bossed the game last night. Massive season for Ireland, enjoying his football again, confidence is 'sky high' and enjoying the way Paul Lambert has set the team up and they we are trying to play. Im going to say double figures for assists this season. Love him love him love him, our best player by a country mile and ive no doubt he will show why he is our best player this season.
  12. Super talented, but lost his way due to injury, beer, gambling and pies! What a huge waste of talent , such a shame.. Just hope Adam Johnson doesn't end up the same. Interesting article on him here if your interested mate. From watching him play before it all went down hill, you can understand why people labelled him 'the next Gerrard'. Such a shame.
  13. His attitude stinks, we are trying to clear out the bad eggs, regardless of how good he is and for what seems like small cash, i would steer well clear of him.
  14. Super talented, but lost his way due to injury, beer, gambling and pies!
  15. From the Daily Mail Sounds like a right gob-shite...do not want!
  16. Talking of yoghurts, have you tried the limited edition fruit corners? The Eaton Mess and the Apple Crumble are amazing!
  17. Are you single Stevo? Yes I was joking by the way. Obvs that's not what I think. Although looks are a big part. And a bigger part than most people will admit, I would wager. I know mate, i think Dante summed it up well by saying that you have to be sexually attracted to someone to make a move on them in the first place.
  18. Well i thought that was a brilliant major. Just showed how when the wind gets up its a completely different course all together. Anyway, played to 12 the weekend which was 4 under net. Chuffed, but pissed off because i left so many shots out there, should have been single figures no problem. 3 putted 5 greens and my worst score was a bogey. Dammit i wish i could put!
  19. I agree. You do need attraction there too. But they're not the be all and all of a relationship. I am not sure you could have one without the other. I think you must be attracted first then build upon it with regards to personality. I agree that in the long run personality is more important, BUT you need the attraction there in the 1st place. Anyway Wiggy, look at you coming over all sensitive on here now you are married!!!! Personality this, personality that....remember we have all seen your fit missus!!!!!! Thank you mate! Second thoughts, Ad's right...you dont shag a personality!
  20. I agree. You do need attraction there too. But they're not the be all and all of a relationship.
