Lets do it then! For me Ronaldo was the best striker to ever play the game and up until recently Messi was not at that level. But 52 goals in a single season puts him very very close indeed!

People talk about exciting young prospects. Connor Wickham was talked about long before he arrived on the scene with Ipswich. Our own Gary Gardner is know around the country without having made a first team appearance. Raheem Sterling is and has been talked about as being possibly one of the most exciting players coming through the ranks at Liverpool. But up until i read about him on this forum, never ever had i heard about Ethan Moore, months on and i still havnt heard jack diddly squat about him anywhere other than this forum...say's it all really!

When i first joined, i did so as an apprentice electrician and i think i signed something (it is 9 years ago), but when i qualified as an electrician i think i was supposed to 're-sign' to the company as my training had technically finished and i was a qualified electrician, but i never have. Also, ive been office based now as an estimator for the last 3/4 years but still get paid and hourly rate as i was when on site. In answer to the question, the agreed has always been as you said, 20 days (5 of those used for Christmas period), and 8 bank holidays.

From looking on the tinterweb, he cant stop us taking the day off as it is a bank/public holiday, but he doesnt have to pay us. Also, how do i stand if ive never signed a contract? Ive been with my firm for 9 years now.

If you're a permanent employee of a company, surely that is illegal, as it is an official bank/public holiday .... Apparently its not a 'paid holiday day' is the line he's coming out with. He say's its down to his discretion if he pays you or not. And he says he's not.

Do you ever take a day off? if you don't like my posts, don't reply So if he was still with us, he'd be on the fringes of the first team? If he's that good, why's he not playing for a Championship club or even a lesser Premiership team? You know why, because he's crap, which is why he can't even hold down a regular place in a League Two Cheltenham side. If he is really as SUPERB as you seem to think, we wouldnt have let him go. I trust the judgement of the people that run our youth set up more than you. So do us all a favour, and stop going on about him like he's the next Messi. Best reply ever!
