As crazy as this sounds, i actually find building flat-pack furniture quite therapeutic.

Going for a nice meal. Playing golf. Hand on heart, i can say that when im walking around the golf course, i havnt got a care in the world. Playing with my son and seeing him laugh and smile. There is no better feeling in the world. One hug from him and any stress with work etc just disappear.

Hmmmm... dunno. See, I quite like stuff like THIS: Whereas stuff like THIS makes me want to give the culprits a good kicking: Just to give it all a bit of balance, I think the 2nd type is a lot better and harder to do than the Banksy stuff, I don't rate it. So what, he makes a template from some bird in a upstairs / downstairs type thing and sprays it *shrugs*. The second one is far more skillful and difficult to do, looks easy but try it, even in pencil. Maybe harder to do, but it looks like shite. Agreed.

Costs a lot of money though to heat stuff up, the electric thing spins like a loon. + takes ages to boil. People who fill the kettle right up when all they want is a mug full of hot water, so so stupid for the above stated reasons. But when you have 8 people in the office, surely it makes sense to boil a full kettle?

Very much both. And the running club for competitive sport and socials. Love it. I fully understand the social side & competative aspect, it's the same with my golf club. I would much rather play golf in a competition than just a friendly knock with the lads, the fact that your competing against others and could win something, be it a trophy, name on board in the club house or money to spend in the pro-shop, it all makes you try and concentrate that little bit more. I assume its the same with your running, i just dont see how people can find just going for a run (not competing) enjoyable?

Not aimed at you Mike, it's just that your avatar made me think. Running, ive never seen whats so enjoyable about it? Do you do it just for the fitness or do you actually enjoying going for a run?
