I live walking distance from the beach, a 10 / 15 minute stroll through a country park to the beach. Prefer Brit hols to foreign beach hols but toying with the idea of renting a place with a pool on Gozo next year just to do nothing but bob n burn for a change.

well, I loves a bit of ska not Madness, but real, sweaty, Jamaican Ska in a hot dark club is just fine, just fine http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cmkkxevJMvM though it is fair to say many of the band members back in the day, the likes of The Ethiopians, were better musicians than the genre allowed. Many would record Ska for the dancehalls and sound systems and to pay the bills, then go off and play their noodling jazz together that had no commercial channel it's dance music, so it's fine by me

Has anyone caught an episode of Cathouse (on some random channel, deep in the recesses of tv land)? It's about the Bunny Ranch out in some soulless god forsaken bit of america and the ladies that work there and the big fat owner pimp The 'ranch' is pretty basic, it looks like a few portacabins put together, the rooms are domestic mundane. But if the programme is to believed, hi rollin' middle american blue collar types and salesmen pick a girl, all distinctly average, and hen pay upwards of $2,000 for an hour. Regardless of morals, it looked very over priced.
