  1. This guy has been pretty accurate so far this window:
  2. Hi name is Josh and so is the player he's talking about so, maybe he's just joshing?
  3. Other more creditable sources on twitter are saying the personal terms are agreed and Arsenal have agreed to let him leave. Just have to agree fee and get their replacement in.
  4. This one definitely feels like it's happening. Wouldn't be surprised if he doesn't sign over the weekend.
  5. If we had an original £100m to spend we surely now have around £58m left? £20m for Martinez leaves is with £38m. If we can get Rashica for £22m I think we should then try to sign Swift for £8m (cover for McGinn) and Luyindama for £8m (cover for DM and at CB). That would give us a team looking something like this until Wesley comes back: --------------------Martinez------------------ Cash----Konsa(RB)-------Mings-----Targett --------------Luiz---------McGinn----------- Rashica---------Swift---------Grealish --------------------Watkins------------------- Subs: Heaton, Luyindama(RCB/DM), Hause(LCB/LB), Hourihane, Trezeguet, Samatta, El Ghazi. When Wesley returns we could play him up front, Watkins out wide left and Grealish where Swift is relegating either Swift or McGinn to the bench.
  6. Does anyone else agree with me that we need another centre back? If Mings is out we are left with a central defence of Hause and Konsa at best. If Kings and Konsa are both out we are playing Hause and Engels. That is terrifying. For me, we need to buy another centre back who is better than both Engels and Hause.
  7. Yeah, look at that bench with that £28-33m record signing on it
  8. I think there's no doubting we are in for Rashica. The fee is agreed at around £22m so we know that we have that amount of money to spend on another forward. If reports are true that he is waiting to see what other offers come in for him surely he would have been given a deadline by us to make a decision? I think he will look at how much we are spending and realise that kind of money is only spent by clubs who are serious about improving and becoming successful. The Premier League is an attraction too so maybe he will come here. If you want to go to the most viewed league in the world surely you'd want to put your talents on show whilst young enough to do yourself justice?
  9. How does this make you feel? ----------------------Watkins--------------------- Benrahma---------------------------Rashica -----------------------Grealish-------------------
  10. Not sure if already posted but I love seeing this. How happy are these two guys?
  11. He will be hod-carrying and playing for Kiddy in 2 years mate. He simply isn't good enough. He has the physique of a striker but not the nous to go with it.
  12. We should not be letting any of Nakamba (only DM cover), Guilbert (first RB cover and can play there if Cash starts at RAM) or Samatta (currently 2nd striker).
  13. How do Szczesny, Higauin or Ronaldo fit the "box to box" type number 8 role? As for Ramsey, I think the "bean there and done it" mantra doesn't fit him as he's pretty much won fook all in the game. I'm thinking it is a player that plays centre midfield and won something big in the game such as league titles and either a club European title or something at international level. Khedira certainly fits that profile.
  14. Nothing like watching the PM of the country rushing head-first into things hey.
  15. David Moyes' reaction when he turned up to training the morning after Mark Noble's famed tweet.
  16. Welcome Ollie - now go and prove you are capable of the step-up to the bigtime and be the next player getting a call from Gareth "I am a dickhead" Southgate.
  17. Maybe we should be questioning who coaches the strikers? I mean, the defence improved and we all know that we have a plethora of people to coach that part of the team. Cutler is the goalkeeping coach but, who coaches the midfield and attack?
  18. Sometimes, a person can be too determined, you know.
  19. I think they quoted something like £20m up front with £5m if we stay up, £5m if he scores at any time during his contract, £5m if they don't get promoted during his contract and a brand new training academy 2 miles from their new shiny stadium.
  20. Southgate is more of a bell-end for his treatment of Grealish than he his for missing that pen against the Germans all those years ago. What an absolute clown he is. Did anyone else notice Jack running onto the field and looking perplexed at how he wanted the formation to be? He started off on the right and then went where he wanted to. He had to, to try to get a touch. That England side was shocking tonight and he got a few minutes. Appalling management.
