  1. Anyone who would honestly be able to stop them self kicking the guy that attacked you from behind instantly is a far better man than me. I understand theres no need for a prolonged attack once the guy is on the floor but this keeper had less than 3 seconds and just instinct. Ive been jumped before and there is no way i could have composed myslef that quickly, though id like to think I stopped at a fair time.

The ref has to send him off by the rules though (which is stupid) as the rules state something like violent conduct towards players, official, staff and fans. Would have been nice if the ref had been able to just get him subbed off but the world we live in wont allow decision making these days

I hope they get to replay the game as it would be an awful reason to go out of the cup for a kind of gets the hooligan what he wants anyhow.

  2. Point 1) They don't own the land in which they give away their so called profits.

This is what I thought until I was forced to read about the subject and they do have property claims to land that the state makes huge sums from.

Morally im with you, I dont belive in a royal family but they are well and truely entrenched and would be very difficult and complex to get rid of now. I hope I can find the article, its arguement is that paperwork and legality protects the royals more than the guards ever could or did

  3. There is a lot of academic stuff to back it up, this is just a basic over view for youtube. I actually went into the project arguing for a [process to do a way with the royals. Afterlooking at what would be needed we would basically have to disregard all laws regarding private property and in effect have a revolution. Its far more complicated than simply cutting them off and also potential damaging to the nation. I can understand the ideological opposition to a royal family, I agree, but we find ourselves in a very difficult situation which isnt a simple for or against

It was a few years back but ill see if I an find my essay to pull out some of the references I used that explain the legal and financial implications

Basically my arguement ends up at we are too far gone with it now and make money off it so....... Id make a poor revolutionary I know

  4. Im living in Daejeon at the moment, very exciting in my school right now. Kids runnign around and staff phoning family to see if they have heard.

These hundreds of possible outcomes from this, I studied this scenario for a while at uni and presonally I wouldnt say his son has the backing of the military, but will be used by them to control the country.

  5. Ive tried to stick to players ive watched a fair bit of full matches rather than just golden era type clips, so quickly off the top of my head

    Matteus, Koeman, Messi & Bergkamp

Even the defenders can play quite a bit and getting the ball back of these guys may prove impossible

  6. Great response!

I dont even want to get into the debate about god or homosexuality. Im more interested in how the American political debate situation even makes this sort of thing possible? What kind of moron would come out and say this? Even the BNP try to hide their stupidity, but not in the US!

  7. I think it changes when you talk about a relationship or just some fun.

For fun all that matters is legal age and you didnt rail road them into it and they wanted to do it

For a relationship I imagine its hard having anything more than 10-12 years. Not saying its impossible buit youll probably at some point be in different 'zones' of your lives meaning youll want different things.

    Oh and Harry Styles....Jammy bastard

  8. Nothing to worry ahout mate?! As long as she was up for it and you didnt rail road her into it, shes legally old enough so nothing to worry about. You will no inside if you manipulated her into it or not, thast all you have to worry about after the law

  9. Cracking shirt!!

As a kid I loved this calssic from 94. It was a standard design that loads of teams replicated in different colours but as soon as I see it im taken back to my favourite world cup of 94. It also helped that Ravelli was a cracking keeper.

Why was it your favourite world cup?

I was 7 years old at the time and even though England didnt qualify I supported Ireland (My grandparents are Irish) and they had a fair few villa plays obviously.

Every team, even the smaller nations, seemed to have a star player. Players id never heard of like Stochkov, Hagi, Brolin, Milla, Amokachi were so exciting alongside maradona, batistuta, bebeto, klinsman, bergkamp, baggio, mattthaus and hierro just made me feel like something magical would happen every game.

Maybe because I didnt know so much about football that it wasnt as predictable but every game seemed exciting and to have a real 'star' involved.

  10. I had a friend who went to Japan for a year at Uni. He said picking up girls there was ridiculously easy. He's 6 foot 4 and "western" and said it was like being a kid in a sweet shop.

I'd imagine Korea would be quite similar Tom?!

Its a tough call, you get called hansome all the time for being white and girls flirt alot. I get given a lot of numbers and invites to parties by Korean girls but I dont think its about sex. One i dont think they do one night stands or **** buddys, i get the impression its a long dating game over here and secondly being seen with a fireigner especially a guy is pretty cool in daejeon. They may just want you as an accessory to hang out with and make them and there friends look cool

Though the flirting and attention is kind of fun!

  11. Well done gentleman!

Im finding it hard to go out at the minute to still not 'play the game'. I hve no intention of doing anything with these girls, but only recently getting a girlfriend means im finding it a bit strange what to do when everyone is getting drunk and id normally be trying to pick girls up. Dont think it would be so bd if I was back home with my proper mates but having just moved to Korea I tend to feel nights run out of energy/enjoyment as everyone gets drunk so much quicker here and im sort of left sitting there
