  1. Him and Petrov make our side alot more balanced, They tired in the 2nd half on Saturday due to just coming back from injury and it showed but we only really have Clark that can play that role aswell
  2. Away kit based on away kits the 1960's Home kit to go with it
  3. I know it wont make any difference but should I email the club these 3 kits
  4. They are both class well done......could you do a mock up of the old mitre lace up top please? Will do one tommorow
  5. Not the real kits but 2 more away ideas
  6. I did make that kit but it was based on rumors of one of the possible designs for next season. Why is it the one that I dont like the one that gets in the paper and every other one that I have done and you all like do not get into the paper
  7. QPR have the hardest run in by far. I have been working stuff out and the only real way we can go down is if we don't get 6 points. That would force 3 of the teams below us to win 5 from 12, which most of have them have won 5 in 26. Plus they have each other so some will lose game. Also In a 38 game season no team has gone down after being 8pts above the drop zone after 26 games.
  8. The remaining fixtures are very similar, it will come down to the games where the bottom 7 play each other
  9. The bookies dont seem to concerned Relegation Wigan - 1/3 Wolves - 4/6 Blackburn - 4/6 Bolton - 4/6 QPR - 10/11 Swansea - 20/1 Aston Villa - 20/1
  10. There is only 2 half decent managers that are available and would come to us and that is Alan Curbishley and Lee Clark.
  11. Here is something After 26 games 2010/11 Points: 29 (3 points of 18th) Won: 7 Drew: 8 Lost: 11 Scored: 30 Conceded: 45 GD: -15 2011/12 Points: 29 (8 points of 18th) Won: 6 Drew: 11 Lost: 9 Scored: 29 Conceded: 34 GD: -5 No point panicking yet, still on par compared to last season but in alot better position in terms of the league and where teams are around us. Houllier's team was better at this stage and he had just spent £30 million in January.
  12. By the way the whole kit is White and the keeper kit is all red http://www.jjbsports.com/international-england-home-kit/football/fcp-category/list?resetFilters=true
  13. Away kit based on the Napoli home kit
  14. Thank god we left Nike, What where they thinking with that design. http://www.mirrorfootball.co.uk/news/Parents-slam-Manchester-United-over-new-shirt-profiteering-article867144.html Our kit in that design It looks slightly better if the black is toned down
  15. Looks like it is being moved again due to Bolton beating Millwall in the FA Cup to make the 6th round The 6th round date is the 17th March so it looks like it will get moved
  16. We played on the counter most of the time under MON. The reason it don't work no is we had a good back four to soak up pressure, we had Milner and Barry who could keep the ball and pace on the wings. That is why counter attacking football worked OK McLeish is not playing to our strengths but that is maybe to cover other weaknesses we have. Our full backs need help and to be fair to Albrighton he is not the best at defending I really do think without some investment any manager will struggle, We have a unbalanced side. Weather McLeish will sign the right players is another matter but he needs a chance to have his own players and not use a squad which has been created by 3 managers in 3 seasons, all with different ideas on how we should play and what players we should buy.
  17. McLeish is not the problem but he is part of a bigger problem and it is very harsh to say he is the only problem. Here is what I think our problems are - Our back 4 is inconsistent. - We only have Ireland who is comfortable passing the ball - Gabby is not 100% fit leaving N'Zogbia with our only pace out wide - Our fullbacks are not good enough and they need help from the wingers, Our wingers don't have the defensive abilities to help - Manager not playing to what strengths we do have - Players lacking the confidence especially at home - Lack of investment on new players this season and having in 5 mangers in 2 years Under MON we had a good back four to soak up pressure, we had Milner and Barry who could keep the ball and pace on the wings. That is why counter attacking football worked
  18. Interesting stat comparison to Sunderland and Everton who beat City in recent games Sunderland 1-0 Man City Possession - Sunderland 41%-59% Man City Shots - Sunderland 8-25 Man City On Target - Sunderland 5-11 Man City Everton 1-0 Man City Possession - Everton 43%-57% Man City Shots - Everton 9-17 Man City On Target - Everton 4-11 Man City Aston Villa 0-1 Man City Possession - Aston Villa 43%-57% Man City Shots - Aston Villa 9-17 Man City On Target - Aston Villa 5-10 Man City Everton, Villa and Sunderlnd all had similar possession and similar shots on goal, yet 2 of them won. The difference was the players in our squad are not that good at playing that type of football. The tactics where almost right, we just needed to attack more. You are not going to beat City by going gun ho, Everton and Sunderland proved that. You have a point if we set up and play like that against Wigan.
  19. Hindsight is an important factor. Wonder how many Villa fans would of moanedif we attacked and lost 5. Maybe we was too defensive but it almost got us a result. What would of happened if we attacked and went in 3 down at half time you would still moan.
  20. Amy Winehouse, Micheal Jackson and now Whitney Houston all great singers died too early due there lifestyle
  21. RIP, She was one of the greatest singers ever. Also anyone noticed that Ramsey scored yesterday that is Bin Laden, Gaddafi and Whitney Houston who have died the day after he scored in the league
  22. So you want this season's kits Should not be a problem Done this season's home kit as it will be roughly the same so easy to compare
  23. So you want this season's kits Should not be a problem
