    The decision on the new manager is the biggest in the clubs history, Lerner has to get it right. I am not gettimg excited until I see who replaces McLeish.

    The biggest decision is not sacking McLeish but who replaces him, we cannot have a third season like the last 2. Also you can band all these names around but like last time is it not who you want but who will take the job. McLeish was not first choice last time but he got the job, Just be careful what you wish for Steve Bruce and Mick McCarthy are free and looking for a club

    My iggest worry is not the material but the sizes, look at the differences in sizes of kits between Nike and Macron. Nike (taken from the JJB Website XS - 30/32" S - 34/36" M - 38/40" L - 42/44" XL - 46/48" XXL- 50/52" XXXL - 54/56" Macron (taken from the new Leeds kit) S - 38" M - 40" L - 42" XL - 44" XXL - 46" 3XL - 48" 5XL - 50" The Current West Ham Kit S - 40" M - 42" L - 45" XL - 47" XXL - 48" 3XL - 49" 4XL - 51" 5XL - 53" I am in between a XL and XXL for my current Villa kit so that means If i brought a Leeds Kit it wont fit me even a 5XL

    but cuellar's on the lowest wages out of those 3, and is arguably the best centre back in the club. plus if we're going to try to move collins and dunne on, why not just tie up carlos No certainty that anyone will go in for Dunne or Collins, if one of them was out of contract they would be going.

    It is not about ability, Collins, Dunne and Cuellar are on high wages and with Clark and Baker in reserve one of them had to go to get the wages down Cuellar is going simply due to he is out of contract. It would be the same no matter who is in charge.

    With Baker and Clark there one of Dunne, Collins or Cuellar was going, With Cuellar being out of contract he was easier to get rid of. Any player on high wages will most likely go if a younger player can play in that position, Weimann for Heskey The saved wages can then be used on positions we need players in. It is a sad state of affairs but whoever the manager does not change the fact wages need to come down

    Stoke play Bolton after QPR so if Bolton lose tomorow all we need is one of the following to happen - Us to win 1 game - Stoke to win one game - Man City to beat QPR - West Brom to beat Bolton

    If Bolton lose on Wednesday then all we need to do is equal or beat, Bolton's or QPR result this week or next to be safe. If not it is just QPR result for one week we need to beat

    Our Nike contract does not end till the end of the season so nothing will probably get shown before then unless it gets leaked. Remember it ended in July but Nike lets us end it early to get the kits out early
