  1. ??? scored one less goal than Suarez and he plays in a much better team and Suarez missed how many games! Think Suarez is better myself. Each to our own opinion though!
  2. So he's going to stick with more or less the same team we had out against Cardiff?
  3. I'd have Suarez ahead of him. Not the third best player in the world in my opinion.
  4. Both Gabby and Delph will have late fitness tests so neither are guaranteed to start.
  5. Probably not, but it would unsettle Suarez again. I'm sure Liverpool's immediate rivals in the table wouldn't mind that happening. If Arsenal are points ahead in the table still I can see them coming in for him with an improved bid. Don't Liverpool have to sell at a certain price. Suarez would guarantee them the title i think as long as he didn't get injured.
  6. If City miss out on the CL with all the talent they have they something must be seriously wrong there.
  7. Yes I suspect they will move Bell to 3, Root 5, and they will bring in Bairstow and then Bresnan for Tremlett
  8. Ballance was good for Yorkshire last season but this is another level entirely.
  9. Maybe but City haven't played the big teams away from home yet and they will drop points. Think Arsenal will win it myself. Their form over the last year has been better than any other team. City have played Cardiff, Stoke, Villa, West Ham and Sunderland away and they have won 1 and lost 3 of those. That's about the easiest away fixture list you could have. Man Utd, Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, Everton and even Southampton will take be much tougher.
  10. Whether it be Arsenal, Chelsea or man City one team is going to go on a run and I don't think 80 pts will be anywhere near enough to win it.
  11. probably not, he's happy Trott has gone home.
  12. Sad to hear. Think he;s brave to admit it and go home, Hope he makes a full recovery. Its not like a pulled hamstring so you don't really know whether its going to get worse and you are not able to cope anymore.
  13. Whittingham is a player I wish we had never got rid of. He's probably been Cardiff's best player for a number of years. We'd score a lot more from set pieces if he did play for us.
  14. I think he will too, but I'm wondering whether Lamber will leave out Kozak after scoring against Cardiff.
  15. Yes is it form or sharpness. He has missed chances but he did that last season too. Hope he can do what he did at West Brom last season.
  16. If Arsenal continue at their current rate they will end up with 88/89 pts. United won it with 75 in 96/7.
  17. In all honesty that's a lazy assessment, probably written by some lazy hack who didnt watch the game (a bloody awful game by all accounts)! They give him MOTM for being just as good as his team-mates for pressurizing the opposition and then making up ground to tap an easy goal. Hardly Beckenbauer territory there.... I reckon this thread should be locked anyway. Sometimes even if you don't like a player (Not saying you personally) its bigger of you to be humble enough to give a player some credit when he does well, not to keep saying he's crap or its an own goal or whatever. Barry Bannan wasn't the best player to play for Villa but it wasn't the worst either.
  18. Definitely an own goal Nah it was his goal and he was also man of the match Man of the Match: Barry Bannan. At his live-wire best as Crystal Palace continually pressurised the Hull City defence and made no mistakes when presented with the match winning opportunity. Had plenty of ground to make before tapping in from close range.
  19. That united midfield is very poor isn't it.
  20. Great delivery from Whittingham. They deserve it.
  21. Working for a stockbroking company when i was 17. They treated me like dirt.
  22. The only way to get back at Warner is for Trott to score a hundred in Adelaide. Its the ashes its always been like this.
  23. I disagree. No one is irreplaceable. You get someone knew and adapt. Its getting the right players though. We might find the same problem well selling Benteke.
  24. Yes there away form has been shocking. Losing to us, Cardiff and Sunderland shouldn't happen. Arsenal will win almost every game against teams outside the top 7 and as long as they pick up there fair share of points against the rest they will win the title i think.
