Regarding Benteke do you just think he needs a goal. He seems to me a player who is playing on very low confidence and if he scores his whole demeanour will change.

I didn't think it was a good film but it was watchable. Some times I like movies which have very poor ratings. I just watched "girlfriend" about a boy with down's syndrome who romantically pursues a single mom. Simple story but well acted and tastefully done but to read the reviews you wouldn't bother watching it.

I don't know United love playing at Villa Park. When was the last time we beat them at home? Danny Murphy made a good point saying that teams love playing at Villa park because its such a big pitch. Maybe we need to do what Stoke did...

I do occasionally, but it depends what mood I am in. I've been a sucker for these hard luck stories in the past and gave £20 to one girl who I felt sorry for. Haven't given since last Christmas when I saw the usual guy in Walsall shivering under a blanket in the snow. Gave him a couple of quid. Never buy the big issue though! Give to food banks as well.

I actually think Spurs will beat United today or it will be a predictable 1-1 draw. United will be 10 pts behind Arsenal if they loose. I dont think this current united team is good enough to pull that back.

Not really. They are the most negative team in the league. Park the bus and hit long balls upfield. Horrible little team, if anything, our inability to break down 10 men behind the ball cost us. Draw was fair. Team needs to improve but there are some fairly typical overreactions on here. Yes neither team did enough to win the match.

But then our best (i know, hard to believe) available left back, Hutton, is completely frozen out, and we were reduced to playing Clark in that position. If Lambert is not happy with you, he's not happy, and he really will cut his nose off to spite his own face. But Lowton hasn't been frozen out as he's on the bench. Just Bacuna has done such an excellent job at right back and doesn't deserve to be dropped.

odi and t20 is a bit different to test cricket though and his record in first class cricket with the bat isn't very good. Very inferior to Prior. I'd go with Stephen Davies myself. Class batsman and good keeper.

Why do you want to play Bacuna in such an attacking position? From what we have seen of him he's better suited to a defensive role. -
Yes poor film. Just watched Drive and I thought that was a big let down. Poor script. Gosling looked comatose and worst performance ever by Cary Mulligan. With such a high imdb rating and people telling me it was so good i expected more. the music was great. I have been a fan of gosling since the believer but in this he just played the same character as in Stay with violence. I'll have to see if hes any better in Blue Valentine now. Mind you i do like Michelle Williams. i love her in wendy and Lucy particularly.

We are certainly far tougher to beat than we were last season but I still don't fancy us to get anything. 4-3-3 is the way Lambert will go I think. I expect the same team that started todays match. Hopefully Gabby, Weimann and Delph will be sharper having another game under there belts. Bit worried about Luna defensively. -
Many posters are saying lets get an ACM but where from and who? Not even Man Utd have one! Gary Gardner hopefully will develop into one but we need patience.

Yes and we tend to give Sunderland little respect. Although their away form has been poor, they have actually beaten Newcastle and Man City in recent weeks. They are definately a different team under Poyet.

Yep a player of the quality of Ramsey would probably cost you close to 50 million now. So we have what we have! However an in form Benteke and we'd have won today. You score one goal the game opens up and we would look a different team just like we did against Cardiff.
