Yes, I think that is the crux of it. If Westwood and Delph were top draw we could have a dedicated attacking mid in front of them creating chances without losing anything defensively. I do like them both and Westwood does a similar job to Carrick. Delph can do what Wilshere does but without the same end product. Most teams play more than two in midfield though.

He's done that all season. There's been a number of games where he has had little to do then has pulled off a world class save. I think people are judging him on previous seasons. All-round he's a much better keeper this season. He is only a baby in goalkeeping terms. 23 he's got 7 yrs before he reaches his peak.

Szczesny has the best saves-to-shots rate of any regular Premier League goalkeeper this season at 81%. To me he is the best keeper in the country this season by some distance.

He put one decent cross over in the time he was on. Weimann did more than that in the first 10 minutes. No way should he start. Tonev has that extra pace and shooting power when he gets it right.

He's better defensively than Lowton but not as good offensively.

First game back for Luna. I think we should stick with him. Don't like the idea of playing a right footed player on the left, never have. It means Bacuna has to cut back inside everytime and he cant play the ball down the line.
